  • A pair ofRookwood Bookends of Girl On Bench
  • They both have the Rookwood hallmark with XX and a#2446. The hallmark has 14 flames.
  • Each bookend measures approximately 5 1/4\" tall by 4\" wide and each weighs almost 3 pounds. They will be packed well.
  • The bookends have a couple of areas that the glaze is white. There is no color glaze in these areas. These are not chips but a color paint void. It is like an error in making them. On the knee of one is a chip as seen in the picture.
  • The bookend shows a young, smiling girl stretching herself backwardon a bench.
  • The deep gray-blue matte glaze is classic!
  • The bookends are from the1920\'s and wereprobably done by Louise Abel or William McDonald.
  • Will look great on your bookshelf!
