This figurine belonged to my grandparents who fled Austria at the beginning of WW2. It is a Rosenthal and is about 7.5\" high. I think there was a piece of the top of the cello that broke off. Also I\'m not sure if the tip of the bow is missing as other similar figurines have the bow stopping at the same point. I think this figurine was made in the 1918-1920 period based on online research but I don\'t know. I also have seen different values of it so I will put it up for sale at a low start price and you can decide. I will also be listing a similar Rosenthal figurine of a French Horn player.
