This is the fourth editionin the Christmas Carol Tankard series and is sculptured in deep bas relief and hand painted. It was created by the John Beswick Studios of the Royal Doulton Group. This fourth edition was limited to a quantity of 15,000 and is numbered.
This tankard - Marley's Ghost Visits Scrooge - came from an estate sale after the closing of a high-end specialty gift shop which featured items such as Royal Doulton, Hummel, Department 56, Sebastian, Snow Babies, and other brands. Items were brought in from the store's warehouse, including a lot of "new old stock."
This tankard is in its original gift box, and includes the original paperwork.
