One 1984 Valentines Day Plate from Royal Doulton. It comes with the box. The plate measures approximately 8-1/4\" across, has gold trim, and an embossed floral and heart design on the rim.This is the ninth year that these plates were produced (1976 to 1985). The name of this plate is \"Love in Bloom\". It features a girl surrounded by flowers, and on each green leaf is a word that reads together as \"To my sweet Valentine\". There is a love poem on the back.

The backstamp states \"Royal Doulton, made in England, Bone China\".

The plate is in excellent condition. The box shows wear. Also, the original owner wrote the plate year on the box - please see the photograph.
