Wonderful piece ofvintage Royal Doulton Lambethware. The oval Doulton Lambeth logo is impressed into the base and the piece is numbered RdNo 4818. Created somewhere between 1858 and 1910

Has a great raised relief design of a sailing ship in brown on the front, surrounded by the words "Special" at top and Highland Whiskey" below.

Stands about 7 1/2" tall and measures approx. 6" from front to back and side to side.

Often when we come across these items, the lip of the jug has a crack or flaw. This one is in excellent condition.

Innice condition with no visible chips, cracks, or crazing. Lots of character to this piece.
