Delightful Vintage 40 piece Art Deco Bone China Tea Service fromRoyal Doulton,in the very rareoctagonal shape Fuchsia Pattern - H3348.

The Tea Service consists of 12 teacups, 12 saucers, 12 side plates, milk jug, sugar bowl and 2 cake plates.

Beautifully decorated withhand painted over transferbrightly coloured Fuchsia in vivid orange, yellow and purple against green and blue foliage on a marbled border.Gilding to the cup rims and handles, the rim of the saucers and plates and the decorative cake plate handles.

All pieces are in very good vintage condition, with no chips or cracks. Light utensil marks to a number of theside plates, commensurate with use.

The cups measure 2.8\"/7cms in diameter and 2.5\"/6cms high. The saucers measure 5.25\"/13.5cms in diameter and the plates 6.5\"/16.5cms. The 2 handle cake plates measure 8.75\"/22cms in diameter.

Backstamps read \"Royal Doulton / Made in England / Rd. No. 729269\" H3348 is handpainted. A number of the items have 27 impressed (for 1927)
