Local pick up is available.

If the packaged item is considered a “Large Package (12” x 12” x 12”) – USPS uses a different rate (dimensional weight).
Shipping will occur 1 business days (Monday - Friday) after my receipt of payment.

UNCONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS – It is my policy to always request confirmationbefore shippingfrom the buyer if an unconfirmed shipping address is identified.
Broken or damaged items are not shipped. But, accidents during shipment can occur. If damage is discovered upon delivery to the buyer, the following is required --- 1) Buyer must be able to provide the seller with pictures of the damaged item and packaging. If this information cannot be provided then claim cannot be processed. 2) Buyer must contact seller within 3 business days of item received for damage claims.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are only permitted when the item received is not as described in the item description.
Buyer must contact the seller within 14 days of item received.
Refund will beprocessed as money back (original purchase price + original shipping) once the item has been received and examined for completeness by the seller. Buyer pays return shipping. The seller must receive the item in the same condition as the buyer received it.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be received by the seller within 7 calendar days of sale end or invoice date. Non-paying buyer process will be initiated if payment is not received within the time limit.
