A) I am willing to ship outside the US. Now that I know about ’s Global Shipping Program, I do not like it and will not use it. If you are an international buyer and win one or more sales, shipping will be the amount it costs me to ship directly to you plus a couple bucks because takes a cut .Q) Do you offer any kind of discount for multiple sale wins?
A) I do offer combined shipping, usually based on overall weight and size of the package needed. For combining sales, please wait for me to send an invoice. For Buy-It-Now listings, please get all the items you want in your cart and then request a total.Q) Do you offer refunds or returns?
A) If something happens and postal office loses the package I’ll refund the sale (automatic tracking makes that easy enough). If I missed some defect or blemish when making the listing, and you feel that the product isn’t what you expected, then I will accept a return.Q) Do you have any sort of deadline on payments?
A) Yes. I require payment resolution within 1 week, otherwise I reserve the right to open a ticket to cancel the sale and eventually relist the item. If a payment is received after I’ve already relisted an item, I’ll either refund the payment or send a duplicate of equal quality if I have one.Q) Do you smoke or have any pets at home?
A) No one in my house smokes; I do have cats.
