For your consideration isa rare andbeautiful Art Nouveau Period,Royal DoultonBurslemBreakfast Set ~ ca. 1896-1902.
Made in England,this set consist of a tray with an integrated toast rack, one lidded bowlwith handles, an open salt dishand one pepper shaker. All thepieces are marked with the Doulton Burslemmark that wasused between 1891 through 1902except theshaker, which is only marked Burslem England.Thethree larger pieces also have the hand written pattern number C7813 which was issued into service in 1896,giving this piece a production era from 1896through 1902.
Tray measures approx. 10" wide by 3" tall (top of toast rack). The lidded bowl - 3½" tall by 5"across, the open salt - 2¼" wide by 1" tall and thepepper shaker - 2"tall.
The setis inexcellent overall condition with onlya coupleof chips/nicks on the bottomfoot ring of main tray. All other pieces arefree of any chips, cracks or repairsand showlittle to nocrazing or wear.
