First conceived from drawings and sketches done by English nun Barbara Vernon who used the lovable bunny characters to entertain her students in her classroom in England; her designs were eventually passed on to Royal Doulton through her father and thought perfect for a new nursery ware line they wanted to launch in the 1930\'s. These drawings became the inspiration for Bunnykins line by Royal Doulton.This fantastic Bunnykins figurine is titled \"Daisie Bunnykins Spring Time\" DB7. It was designed by Walter Hayward, modeled by Albert Hallam and was issued between 1972-1983.The figurine features a seated Daisy Bunnykins with feet stretched out before her and her hands are holding a chain of flowers.
