Lovely dinner plate by Royal Doulton. I am not sure of the pattern number as there are two on the back. It has a shaped edge not quite scalloped. The details are in cobalt blue with lots of lacey gold overlay and large hand painted pink roses. The center of the plate is white. No chips or cracks and only very slight darkening of gold inner ring.
