For your consideration is this early edition double figurine by Royal Doulton, designed by Peggy Davies. Issued 1958-1976. This figurine has two lovelyyoung ladies elegantly dressed seated on a sofa.

One is intently listening as the other is reciting the contents of her love letter. Thispiece has a glossy finish. It has the standard Royal Doulton backstamp to the base.

This figurine has a overall depth of 5 inches, a width of 7.75 inches and a height 5 inches .

Very good condition.

Bottom of one shoe is missing somepaint.Does not appear to be a chip. This can only be seen from the bottom and not the top.
