Thisis a collectible plate from Royal Doulton, 1977, “Lucia and Child” by Americanartist Edna Hibel. This is plate number13718 out of a limited edition of 15,000. It comes in its original case; the case showssome wear and fading due to age, but in general is in good condition. The plate itself is in excellent conditionwith no chips, scratches, etc. Alsoincluded is the original packing brochure which gives background about theartist and edition. Themother-and-daughter painting was inspired by the artist’s observations offamily life during travels in Europe.
