Up for consideration is a rare antique Royal Doulton THE STIRRUP CUP SERIES collector plate. The plate is numbered D2875. This piece has a brown background & features an unknown gentleman holding a \"stirrup cup\". The rim of the plate has a very ornate scroll design. This piece is 10 1/2\" in diameter. The plate is in very good vintage condition---no chips, cracks or repairs. There is some discoloration on the back of the plate. The plate has a few manufacturing defects (pocks) & some scratches.
