The high gloss fine english bone china figurine features a cute young blond hair child happily smiling wearing a blue dress with painted flowers..

She stands approximately 3 inches tall (7.62 cm) ...

Bottom green stamp along with writings and impressed marks..

Light signs of previous ownership should be expected consistent with age, Overall condition is excellent,free ofchips, cracks or restorations..Showcase quality with possibly minor base wear around for its vintage timeline and previous ownership..Any imperfections would be craft related..

FACTS ON LESLIE HARRADINE:
Harradine studied at Camberwell School of Art in London under the sculptor Albert Toft, who modeled Charlie’s Aunt. He started his apprenticeship at the Lambeth Pottery in 1902...When Charles Noke heard of Harradine’s discharge from the army after the war in July 1919, he arranged an interview at Doulton’s Lambeth pottery and offered him every inducement to work at the Burslem factory in Stoke-on-Trent. However, Harradine preferred to work in his own studio in Bedfordshire and support his new wife and child with his art. Thus began an arrangement that lasted for nearly 40 years with Harradine sending at least one model a month to the Potteries, sometimes two or three. When the monthly parcel arrived, artists and painters would crowd into Noke’s studio to see what Harradine had ‘come up with this time.’..He is perhaps best known for his pretty ladies ...
