I am a longtime collector that is downsizing a huge collection of Doulton figurines as well as other collectibles. Keep checking back for more items from many different categories. This is a Retired Royal Doulton Figurine HN2016. Designer C.J. Noke. This particular piece is a very early example based on the marks to the base from the 1930s.
