All our Royal Doulton figurines have stayed in my family since they were bought new generations ago, and has been stored securely in a china cabinet, away from any smoke, damage, or pets. It has no chips, cracks, or other damage. The item is listed as \"used,\" but they are in new condition. Does not come with original box.Royal Doulton began as a partnership between John Doulton, Martha Jones, and John Watts in 1815. Originating in London, the trio began making stoneware articles, such as decorative bottles. Eventually, John Doulton\'s son, Henry Doulton, launched a pottery and art studio, branching the company into decorative art pieces and china.
