Here is a hand painted fish plate by Royal Doulton. It measures 9\" across and has a heavy gold trim. The artwork is signed by T. Wilson; and the plate is in excellent condition. I see a couple of small utensil marks andthat\'s all. On back it has the Royal Doulton mark, and the word \"Bass\"; along with some numbers and the retailer\'s logo for Gilman Collamore & Co of NY. It is a wonderful collectible plate.
