Came from an estate sale so only know what\'s marked on the bottom \"Royal Doulton HN2499 The Helmsman\". Tag indicates it was hand made and hand decorated in England. Approx 9 1/2\" tall and in excellent clean undamaged condition. No box. Ships at 3 lbs packed and insured.
