This shallow dish or bowl is from the Home Waters series by Royal Doulton. This series was introduced in 1954 and withdrawn in 1967. It pictures sailboats at a wooden pier with a village scene in the background. It is signed in the design by the artist W. E. Grace. It measures approximately 5 5/8 inches by 4 3/4 inches and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. White spots in photos are light reflections.
