Katie was issued in 1992 and discontinued in 1997 modelled by Valerie Annand and made in England.She is wearing a lovely full length gown in shades of pink, orange and yellow over white petticoats with a lilac and blue feathered boa draped over her shoulders. Her large green hat is decorated with lilac and blue feathers and she had beautiful strawberry hair which is hanging in ringlets over her shoulders and down her back, her eyes are blue - lovely!
