Rare Antique King George VI Commemorative Royal Doulton China Mug / Beaker / Tankard made to celebrate his Coronation
I have never seen this piece before - It is very colourful with a lovely design: A central cartouche showing the King and Queen with the Royal Crown , Sceptre etc below . Flags behind with roses, thistles and shamrock
This mug measures 3 inches tall by approx 3.75 inches at the widest which is across the handle
A border of laurel leaves decorate the inner rim and the handle
Marked to the base as shown
Very good condition - I can find no damage
