Producedin Lambeth England, this piece is actually pictured and described in the 2006Antique Trader, ROYAL DOULTON PriceGuide Catalog (page 208 top right).

Although the pricing in thecatalog in no manner reflects today\'s, it does suggest a high level of rarity with a $1500book value!

It ismarked on the bottom with the impressed Royal Doulton Lambeth stamp first usedin 1902, along with artist initials and other potter marks. It also has somelater added ink writing on the bottom - told they were reference numbers from amuseum?

Measuresapprox. 4½” tall by 2¾”.

The Jaris in great antique condition other than a chip on the bottom foot .. please see pic. It does have a very strong aroma of potpourri on theinside - sniff at your own risk :)
