I have for sale from my own private collection an extremely rare Limited Edition Jug

Produced in 1934 and designed by Charles Noke and Harry Fenton.

Both signatures are present.

This is number 103 of only 600 produced.

Bearing superb scenes, front and back in relief from the famous medieval legend.

The spout of the jug is modelled as a house window, with the handle in the form of a tree, an owl is hiding in both sides of the foliage.

The attention to detail and the rich relief moulded decoration are second to none on these 1930\'s Loving Cups and Jugs!

Fully Marked to the base with the Royal Doulton Lion and Crown in Black.

The base also bears the story in the Pipers own words!

Standing at exactly 10 ins tall
