Royal Doulton’s “Racing the Wind” is a decorative collector’s plate issuedthrough Franklin Mint. Made of fine bone china the plate is bordered and hand-numbered(HA3901) in 24 carat gold. It features the signature mark of the artist JohnStanford.This collectors plate comes with the Certificate of Authentication, the plate stand, and the original box.Please see my store for many more collector plates. If you would like more than one plate I will combine shipping and give a possible discount depending on the prices of the items.
