This figurine is brand new in original box and certificate of authenticity.The Prestige Figurines are the only figurines currently being designed and produced in England. All Royal Doulton Pretty Ladies figurines are designed in England however, beginning in late 2005 and early 2006 Royal Doulton moved the production of all Royal Doulton Pretty Ladies figurines (full size, petite and miniature) to Thailand. A more recent production change, one that coincided with Royal Doulton’s merger with Waterford Wedgwood in 2011, was to stop sending Certificates of Authenticity in the box with each figurine.Please note that all items sold by The Fine China Store are brand new and first quality and were purchased directly from Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton through a wholesale account.
