Vintage Royal Doulton “The Old Balloon Seller” porcelain character figurine. This adorable figure represents a slice of life of an older woman selling a multi-colored balloons and patiently sitting and waiting for a customer with her basket by her side.

This figure is produced between 1940 & 1996 and was designed by L. Harradine. The base features a Royal Doulton makers stamp, Made in England & reads \"The Old Balloon Seller\" HN1315.

The overall condition is excellent

BUT IT HAS A SMALL CHIP (pic 2). Hard to see.

It measures 8” high x 6” wide x 4” deep.
