Royal Doulton Three Figurine Set Plus Porcelain Bird W/flowers From J.t. Jones For Sale

Offered Worldwide. This is a three figure set of Royal Doulton female figurines. To describe as brand new would be somewhat of an overstatement. These three pieces have been on displayed for over twenty years and never touched. Just for admiration. Included is the porcelain bird on a tree stump surrounded by flowers. First is Soiree. The "Soiree" was designed by Peggy Davies for Royal Doulton of England. She is part of the Pretty Ladies Collection. This particular piece was originally issued from 1966 to 1984 and is now retired. The date it was first purchased is unknown but it is an original authentic piece. It was made of fine English Bone China and measures approximately 7 1/2 inches tall. There are now flaws in this figure. No cracks, chips or any signs of repair. The surface is not worn and the colors are still vibrant. The doll bears the Royal Doulton Trademarks on the bottom. Next up is Janice. A hand made figurine by Royal Doulton of 'Janice' HN 2022. The figure is first quality and in good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. The figurine was designed by Peggy Davies. It was introduced in 1949 and has the copr. of 1948. It was later discontinued in 1955 The 'Charlton' catalogue price was £315. (12th edition) Height 7.25" (18.4 cm) Weight 316 gms. The third piece is Christmas Morn. This beautiful Royal Doulton is from artis Peggy Davies. Copr. date 1946. Measures 7" in height.
