14\" tall, mint-in-box, Royal Doulton, Heirloom Doll, limited edition c.1983, finest porcelain, Victorian lady doll, labeled: ASCOT (#2270 of the total 3500 edition) complete with all tags, labels and certificate. She has long, wavy blond hair, green eyes, bisque head and hands, cloth body and wears a striking, black & white striped Victorian gown with lace overlay on the sleeves and at the neckline velvet waist band, large bonnet with lace trim, matching black parasol, long slip, pantaloons, stockings and shoes, doll stand and fancy, satin lined presentation box. Designed by Eric Griffiths for the \"Edwardian Social Season,Collection\" with costumes hand sewn by the Peggy Nisbet Co., ENGLAND. Excellent condition, original issue price was $175.
