I will pack as carefully as possible to ensure that plants/leaves arrive safely but once they leave my possession, they are out of my control. African violet plants/leaves are very delicate and should not be left outside in extreme weather conditions. Please be home when your purchase arrives or I can mark the box \"Hold at the post office\".

Winter Shipping is priority mail and is $12.00 for the first pair of leaves/plant and additional $1.00 for each additional purchase. It includes winter isolation and a heat pack. If more than one leaf is purchased, please ask for combined shipment.

Payment must be received within 10 days of your first purchase. Orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday after the payment is cleared.

Damaged shipment. If your leaves/plants should arrive severely damaged, please contact me immediately. I will replace your purchased leaves/plants with the same variety. You must provide me with a picture of the damaged leaves/plant within two days of receiving the purchase. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees for the replacement package.
