Map is showing the \'Russian Tartary\'as well as \'Asian Tartary\', with a title in French on the top margin. The title cartouche The features I three-masted ship in the lower right corner and the scroll like inset gives the name of 24 regions keyed to the map. Drawn by F.L. Gussefeld.

The map is of interest for the use of East see, the seat between Korean Japan, here called \"Kleine Orientalische Meer\" or \"Little Oriental Sea\"

This map was made in Nuremberg in 1786

This map is hand colored

Measurements of the map are 23.5 x 20.25\"

Map have some brown spots, right corner slightly damaged but been restored and secured from the back otherwise it\'s in good condition. Please look at photographs
