It measures about 2 1/2\" by 6\" with the double-headed eagle 11/16\" button and a single 1/2\" silver rank star.

It has some kind of museum stamp on the back and very nicecondition for 100 years age. It has some strap on the back - please check the pictures.I don\'t collect them and have no idea of what branch or rank they are.
