Presentedis a great solid silver Imperial Czarist Russian Creamer in an Art Nouveaustyle with marks for silver made c1908 – 1917. This great piece has a high curvedhandle with an exaggerated spout and a gallery surround pedestal base. ThisItem is hallmarked on the bottom, pedestal base and spout for Russian Silverwith the woman’s head wearing a diadem and an assayer’s mark used between c1908– 1917 with an assayer’s mark of 84 zolotniks or .875 silver; American Standardsterling silver is .925, so there is slightly less silver in this alloy. It hasa great engraved ribbon floral motif on the side with no dents, dings ormonogram and only some scratches from gentle use and care. I myself consider itvery charming creamer made during a prominent part of world history. I hope youenjoy.
