An excellent quality American sterling silver 6 piece tea set by S. Kirk & Son Co. This set dates to between 1896 - 1924. It is done in a fully chased ornaterepousse style. The set consists of a teapot, a coffee pot, a sugar bowl with lid,a creamer and a hot water kettle with the burner stand. Each piece is monogrammed on the undersidewith the name Rosa Rogers Emmert. The set is in great overall condition with no dents. Each piece is hallmarked on theunderside with the S. Kirk & Son Co. maker\'s mark as well as 925/1000 for sterling silver purity.The total weight for the set is 3921 grams or 137.4 ounces or 8.6 pounds.
