How do we ship:

We ship all packages with Japan Post (Registered Airmail).
After we ship your items, a tracking number will be updated immediately through system.

About the shipment, we usually take 2-3 days for processing your order and ship your items fastest way possible. If the shipping get delayed for some obvious reasons, please accept our apologies. ***Return for Manufacturing Error:

(A) Repair: (Recommended: Cost friendly)

If there is any manufacturing error, the product will be sent back to manufacture for repairing. Please note that, there is no difference between a brand-new product and a repaired product when it comes out of the factory.

(B) Replacement:

We also accept return for replacement in following conditions:

Product should be brand new, unopened, unused and intact condition in original packaging.
Product which has inked even once will be considered as used.
If the product is used in any means, we do not guarantee a full refund or replacement.

Since we cannot ensure you the inventory at the time, if the purchased model is not available, we also accept changing into other available models. However, the price differences will be charged to the buyer or refunded by us.

Answer: If the product is brand new, unopened, unused and intact condition in original packaging and within the return period (30 days after receiving the product), we will accept the return. However, we will charge the handling charge (10% of the purchase price). And for cancellation, the shipping fee will not be refunded. We do apologize that after return period any return will not be acceptable.

Q 2: My purchased product has the manufacturing error, but the return period has been exceeded. Can I return the product for repairing within the warranty period?

Answer: We will still accept your return with in the warranty period for repairing from manufacturer. However, buyer must send the product at their cost. We will also charge the re-shipping fee.
