Circa 1-Year ONLY 1996/1997 Holiday Selling Season

This was one year of production only in 1996. It is next to the last in a series that lasted 6 years. This house would cross over into New England as well as the Dickens for which it was made for. All the signature pieces are to represent INN\'s in which Charles Dickens might have stayed in when he was alive. Box and sleeve in tack, however all DP56 items are bought 2nd hand and there can be minor marks, rips, etc on sleeves. Please review pictures. There can beof course, factory flaws on the piece itself, but nothing I see that is unusual to what Department 56 did back in the early years.

As added information: I have loaded new pictures of the box for you to see. The box is in what I would consider ABOVE AVERAGE condition. The top lid has bent & worn corners, and the bottom has scratches as shown. The box edge has been re-glued as the original glue had let loose. Inside the Styrofoam crossbar to hold piece in was broken and I re-glued that also.

If this item is NOT as described, it may be returned at your expense as long as my initials and label are still intact. You must ship the item back to me USPO Insured. Upon receipt of the return, I will issue a check or credit (depending on how it was paid for) for the amount of the offer price only. If on the other hand, the item arrives broken, you are responsible for returning it to the PO. to have a claim made. I will issue a refund or a replacement once I have the claim form in my hands and not before. I must be notified with 48 hours of receipt of intent to return or that the item is damaged.
