We aim to dispatch all orders received by 4pm on the same day, orders received after this point will be sent out the next working day. In the run up to Halloween due to the volume of orders being placed it may not always be possible to dispatch as quickly as we would like. All orders however will be sent out a maximum of 2 working days after they are placed.
Special Delivery orders must be received by 3 pm and upon delivery they will require a signature, please therefore ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. Unfortunately special delivery orders cannot be left in a safe place as a signature is required.
