It is hand-painted, showsstreetscape in Aku\'s city and looks just stunning matted. It comes with a Cartoon Network certificate of authenticity AND the Cartoon Network numbered seal. It also has an overlay with some (Korean?) characters on it.
NOTE: we will NOT mat the piecewith the overlay. If you wish us NOT to mat the piece at all or to include the overlay in the matting you must let us know after you buy it and BEFORE you pay. Otherwise we will mat the background without theoverlay.
