Antique Japanese Satsuma Moriage Vase
Beautiful antiquelarge vase.Satsuma multi colours in moriage with raised enamels&finished with gold gilding on brown ground.Detailed scene of woman & man to the centre front with another man to the back (probably Deities).Measures 22.5 cms high and the circumference around it at the widest point is 43 cms.Dates to the 19th century, Meiji period.Signed in red to the base, please see pictures.Fantastic overall condition !!!(just wear to the gold gilding on the top rim & base rim edge,please bare in mind this is an antique item & does have some signs of use.)Beautiful very ornate Satsuma Moriage vase!!!!
