INCLUDED ARE THE FlagS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES AND BOTH HAVE TIGHT FITTING PLUGS IN THE BOTTOMS SO THEY CAN BE FILLED WITH SAND FOR MORE STABILITY.
THEY ARE RED, WHITE AND BLUE WITH BLACK BOOTS.
THEY ARE NOT LIGHTED, BUT CAN BE LIGHTED WITH LIGHTS PURCHASED AT ANY HARDWARE STORE, AND PUT IN THE BOTTOM HOLES.
THEY DO HAVE SOME PAINT LOSS WHICH IS EASILY TOUCHED UP - I TOOK PICTURES INDOORS BUT THE FLASH MADE THEM LOOK LIKE THEY WERE MISSING PAINT ON THEIR COLLARS, WHICH THEY ARE NOT, SO I MANAGED TO TAKE ONE OUTDOORS(IT IS VERY HUMID HERE AND MY LENS KEPT FOGGING UP OUTSIDE).

SHIPPING
Items are shipped the same or next business day after payment is received. For international shipping, please contact me for a quote before offerding - international shipping is not free. I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International goverment regulations prohibit such behavior.
At the request of many buyers, I have added First Class International to my shipping options but I do need you to understand even though First Class shipping is much cheaper, the drawback is that it cannot be tracked outside of the United States. In 12 years of doing business on , I have only had one First Class package come up missing and was never to be found- with that said, I will leave that decision up to the buyer, but I want my buyers to be informed. If a package that is shipped First Class International does go missing, I will not be responsible for replacement or refund.
RETURN POLICY
I have a 14 day return policy for most items. If you receive an item that is not as described or DOA please let me know immediately, I will refund the purchase price plus shipping. Any other reason for return will receive a refund of purchase price only minus the cost of original shipping to the buyer. Buyer is to pay return shipping costs in all cases. I will need to receive the item being returned within 14 days after the buyer receives the item. Once I have received the item back, the money will be refunded within 48 hours. Please read all descriptions and details carefully before offerding or buying to help avoid the need to return an item. No returns are accepted on items listed "AS IS".
