The document autographed by ROBERT TREAT PAINE., the Signer of the Declaration of Independence. The separation of the fold went through the autograph., quite presentable and he signs this document as the leading attorney.

On the reverse, notations that the person pleaded no guilty, the jury found him guilty and he will suffer 15 stripes and will serve 18 months in the goal.
