I bought this in-store (elsewhere) for my niece... but I think i\'m going to have to buy another as I\'m keeping it for my house!this thing is a good size to sit on my mantle & everyone (kids & adults) love playing with it. in the first week more quarters went through this machine then I paid for it, so it\'s a money-maker too!!;-)it is small (less the a foot tall so it can sit anywhere), and a fun accent for most rooms.
the lights & sounds are exciting (for the kids especially), plus it would be incentive enough for me to use it in class (I used to teach kids) to reward the younger kids. personally I wish I had it a few years ago when I taught at my own English school in japan, the kids would have behaved just for a chance to pull the lever & chance a good reward (x tokens = a prize)...a small note: you do need to supply the 2 C batteries yourself!! not a huge deal, but i had to wait an extra day to use/\'test\' it as i didn\'t have them on hand.

Great for entertaining guests will I am cooking. We have a big open kitchen with a huge countertop eating area. I had one of these before and everyone who came over played with it until someone broke the handle off. I am so glad to find this. Bought one for my home and one to give away

This slot machine is really nice for the price. You manually pull lever and it spins, if you land on the right sequence money tokens will fall out! You can put real money in it if you want. It has a feature that when you put in the the money you can\'t access it unless you either win or hit the secret release. Overall a nice little gift for the person who never leaves vegas. lol

Just keep in mind the size. I bought this one and another one which does not take batteries. I like this one more as the little light on top flashes when you win. However, the issue with any of these is that in the pay out slot on the right side there is a little lever to push to empty the bank/pay out. I bought these for a vegas night with young kids. Doesn\'t take them but 3 seconds to figure it out. Oh, the pull handle is plastic so be gentle.

My son plays a video game that has slot machines and he wanted one in real life. He has had a lot of fun with this one which I bought for him for Christmas. It works with or without batteries, but it will not light up and make \'winning\' sounds without the batteries. Great little toy that he enjoys
