We carefully check our items to make sure our clothing is in the best possible condition and do our best to point out any issues as we see them. SHIPPING:
We typically ship USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. Any other shipping service for items over $25 must be commensurate with or exceed USPS Priority mail. Our policy is to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: All our coats and many of our shoes and housewares are in cold storage so they must be retrieved. We endeavor to get them out as quickly as possible, but as a general rule, they will not ship until the Saturday after payment clears. If you need your item more quickly, our schedule permitting, we can pick up the coat sooner, however there is an additional $20 travel cost to the cold storage facility.
PRIORITY MAIL IS THE ONLY OPTION THE USPS OFFERS FOR INTERNATIONAL POST OVER 4 LBS.
