Swiss Blue Topaz -- what you get when you expose an ordinary clear topaz to radiation at a nuclear facility. It turns into a really butt ugly color, but when you heat it up a tad, the ugly goes away and you\'re left with the color of the sky, straight up at high noon. Just the most awesome blue you ever saw. I\'m just totally in love with them.

This one measures 12x10mm and weighs roughly 6 carats.

In plain English, this is simply a very pretty stone, and it\'s well mounted in this double pronged (8 in total) simple basket mounting with wings running down the sides. Please note the thickness of the Sterling Silver. This is a good solid mounting.
