This is a Star Wars New Hope Han Solo DL44 Blaster! This 1:1 scale full size piece, replicates the famous hand held weapon wielded by the sky pirate himself Han Solo in the first Star Wars film. This blaster started as aRubies replica prop which is injection molded ABS plastic, but thats were it ended. This was completely refinished, sanded,and hasmultiple coats of paint along with being weighted to match a stunt pistol (not as heavy as a hero prop but with enough heft to make it believable a few ounces shy of1 pound). This prop was then custom, painted,weathered, clear coatedas well as having extra additional pieces added that were not on the original to give it a more realistic look. This piece also features authentic action sound FX which completes the realism of the DL44 Blaster experience. This prop was finished by a professional prop builder to create a nice collectible which displays amazingly but also can be picked up or used as a realistic looking costume piece without the risk of ruining a prop which costs upwards of $1000. Every Blaster is individualized, no two are exactly the same but all are a work of art and quality.
