An official medal from Japan. This is a good example of the Order of the Sacred Treasure 3rd Class Medal. The four rivets on the reverse indicate a pre-WW2 manufacture. Also hallmarked, but I cannot ID it. Sterling silver. THE CASE HAS SOME DAMAGE! AND THERE IS NO ROSETTE, JUST THE ROSETTE CASE MARKED WITH THE MEDAL CLASS.
