Description
Stunning mid-20th Century Italian Solid Silver cast statue finely modelled as a bird, precisely a tucan standing on a tree, very detailed and ornamental, stunningly well-refined and realistically modelled in every small detail, the beak and the leaves are richly gilt.
The statue is mounted on a large and beautiful amethyst quartz geode crystal base. The base is Hallmarked Italian silver (800 standard), Milan, year 1960\'s, Maker\'s mark \"745\" for Eugenio & Enrico Ranzoni.
