For sale this stunning antique \"faux\" tortoiseshell veneer purse. Purses like this were a luxury item and were used by wealthy women during the victorian era due to the rarity of the material. They are no longer made and are very difficult to find today. Beautiful color and mottling throughout. In great antique condition. Clasp works fine without issue and closes tight. Measures 5 3/4\" x 4\" x 2\" deep. Opening is 3\". Strap measures 37\". Very rare!
