It has been a wonderful 2 years, it has truly been a privilege to have served you; such wonderful, inspirational people! I thank you for this honor! I am truly saddened and angered over the severe religious discrimination us Metaphysical sellers have been facing since early June of this year. We are being censored from describing anything that is not of a Christian or Judaic based nature. I am not even allowed to state my religious affiliation, even when it is fully applicable to the item. According to , based upon their repeated actions, any descriptions of an Islamic, Pagan, Wiccan, or of literally any other religious culture I have described that is not Christian or Judaic - determines this as \"Mythological\" - their words, not mine, and removes the listing. But this does not occur equally amongst all Metaphysical sellers. Only those who are legitimate, and who have the largest number of followers, and the Highest response. The dishonest sellers, this does not happen to anywhere near as often.I have spent countless hours on the phone back and forth with , spending over 15 hours on the phone with corporate alone, who instructed me precisely how to describe these items so that they are in a context that is still informative and honest, while still aoffering by listing guidelines. I was told that they are to be described as ceremonial objects, we are to give personal experiences related to the item, and any educational historical or reference information that is applicable to the item, so long as it does not place any intangible assets attached to the item. Thus, why any and all of my listings since then, have included an educational section about ceremonial objects. I went over this whole section sentence by sentence with corporate, who agreed It was aoffering by listing guidelines
However, Since then, every single one of my items that hasn\'t sold within an hour or two has been removed, some of which have been removed up to four separate times. Each of these times I have had to call , wait on hold, get transferred to supervisors, and with each and every item that was removed, every single representative and every single supervisor determined that the item was wrongfully removed, that it should not have been removed, and that it was okay to relist it, they were \"sorry for the inconvenience\", \"it won\'t happen again\", I was even thanked for being so responsible and informative in my listings for buyers. However I was told I had to relist as a new item so that \'s algorithm and their internal listing review team would not automatically Flag it as it would be if it were relisted as the same item, therefore, anyone that was watching the item would no longer see that it was relisted. So, after going through this between 20 and 30 times, if not more, this happened yet again, earlier this week, while a buyer was trying to purchase multiple items. This time they removed four listings at once and decided to restrict my selling abilities for 30 days. So I called just as I have been since early je, yet this time I was told the complete opposite. I was told that the educational, historical reference section I have titled \"ceremonial objects\", is a violation of their listing guideline policies. Even though literally at least between 20 and 30 separate Representatives and their 20 to 30 individual supervisors all determined that this section was perfectly ok (again which corporate instructed me specifically to include). And therefore would not lift the restriction.So, the educational section corporate instructed me to include.....

The next step is 7 days. Yet they are forcing 30 days. For what is technically a 1st time \"violation\"

I cannot handle these inconsistencies anymore, I have #S@Z so hard to enforce change, forwarding these clear internal inconsistencies to the instructed departments, how, not only myself, but the other leading sellers within this small subcategory are being personally singled out. A representative admitted to me from their Listing Review team that once a listing is removed, even if it is in error, that sellers account is automatically Flagged. So that proved my theory, and their lie, that \"items are only reviewed in random batches\"

At anyDgivenzd time there is approximately 5000 listings within this specific subcategory, roughly half of which are for paranormal research and investigative equipment, so, at any given time there\'s approximately, roughly 2500 listings of this specific nature in this specific subcategory. And they really expected us to believe that items are only reviewed and random batches? Mathematically that is impossible. How is it that out of 2500 listings, roughly, and me only having, ever since these internal inconsistencies started happening anyway, only somewhere between 5 and 10 listings at any given time over the past 6 weeks, out of 2500 listings how is it that my five to 10 listings are singled out almost every single day? Mathematically it\'s impossible for it to be random, I knew they were singling me out just as they are other sellers and it took me pointing this out for someone from their listing review team to actually admit it. They said that all listings created within an account that has had an item removed, even if the item was wrongfully removed, that these systems algorithm automatically Flags every listing that\'s created, and, their listing review team specifically singled out these accounts.I am tired of being censored on

Personally, based on my professional experience, it is my opinion that most buyers will want to know if their item came from a demonologist, a Satan worshiper, a voodoo priestess, or if an item has been used in ceremonial rituals of a dark nature or a white nature........ but, that\'s just my opinion.......
