Stunning vintage hat! This is a small black velvet top hat style with bow, feathers and what may be horse hair. May need a light cleaning.There is a thin understrap but I am not sure if this is original to the piece. Velvet shows wear around the brim and upper part of hat due to age, as well as the feathers and hair? are not exactly perfect (some missing/broken- integrity and beauty of the hat is still there). Please see photos. Has original label on the inside. This hat is in good condition and 100% wearable! It has graced my plaster roomates for over 9yrs. Please see my other sales. Measures: approx 7.5\" x 7\" across brim to brim (back label to front & side to side). Approx 3.25\" tall without embellishments. Approx 10\" tall from brim to top of hair(?) sprig. Beautiful.
